For your convenience, we provide account login. You may log in with a QQ-registered account. If you wish to cancel your account, follow the "Cancel account" section of this Privacy Policy to complete account cancellation.

1.2 Cancel account Related instructions

If you have carefully decided to give up your Photo Recovery Guard account, you may cancel it yourself in the app. On the Settings page, tap "Cancel account" to start the cancellation process. Your identity will be verified during cancellation. After you cancel your account, the following information will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered:

- Membership status and related benefits

- Identity information and third-party authorization information

Photo Recovery Guard account cancellation request takes effect immediately once successful, and cannot be restored once cancelled. Please back up all information and data related to your Photo Recovery Guard account before proceeding. Please keep transaction proof, vouchers, and similar materials for order services; otherwise you may need to pay additional account or order inquiry fees or may not receive after-sales service. For any adverse effects on you arising from your account cancellation request, Photo Recovery Guard assumes no liability.

1.3 Permissions

(1) Network access

Network access is required for the networking features of this software to work properly.

(2) Phone storage read/write

Phone storage read/write is used to store user information on the device.

(3) Device information

When you use our software, an account is registered automatically. We use your phone's unique identifier to distinguish users.

(4) Storage permission

Storage permission is used to read photos on the device for editing and to save files normally.

It is also used to cache local data required by the software, such as the user identity token after successful login and software configuration.

(5) Camera permission

Used to take photos for beautification and to upload profile pictures.

(6) Installed app list and installed app information

Used to discover installed apps and installed app information, perform deep scanning, and find videos and photos stored by installed apps under the Android/data directory.

(7) Auto-start and associated start

To ensure this application can receive client push broadcasts normally when closed or running in the background, the application uses auto-start capability. The system may wake this application via broadcasts at a certain frequency for auto-start or associated start; such behavior is necessary to implement features and services.

(8) Clipboard

When you encounter issues while using the software and contact customer support, on the device information screen you can tap copy to copy device memory, CPU, storage capacity, Android version, SDK version, and app version information to the clipboard and provide it to support yourself to help diagnose after-sales issues.

(9)Phone number, IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, and Wi‑Fi information (BSSID/SSID)

When you use our software, an account is registered automatically. We use your phone's unique IMEI or phone number to distinguish users. Our product integrates Umeng+ SDK. Umeng+ SDK needs to collect your device MAC address, unique device identifiers (IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM IMSI information), and Wi‑Fi information (Wi‑Fi BSSID/SSID and nearby Wi‑Fi list) to provide statistical analysis services.We read the Wi‑Fi BSSID (Basic Service Set Identifier) and SSID for the following purposes: to identify your current Wi‑Fi connection and network quality, ensure stable data transfer during file scanning and recovery, and for anti-fraud and statistical analysis. Method: after you agree to this Privacy Policy and grant the relevant permissions, we read this locally via system APIs. Scope: only the BSSID/SSID of the currently connected Wi‑Fi and nearby Wi‑Fi hotspots accessible to the device; we do not use this information for precise positioning or any purpose not disclosed in this Policy. We commit not to collect sensitive personal information including but not limited to race, political opinions, religion, belief, genetic or biometric data, or sexual orientation.

II. How we store personal information 2.1 Location of storage: In accordance with laws and regulations, personal information collected and generated during operation within the territory is stored in a lawful and compliant manner.
2.2 Retention period: In general, we retain your personal information only for the minimum time necessary to achieve the stated purposes. However, we may change the retention period when required by law.

III. How we protect your personal information 3.1 We take your personal information security very seriously. We use reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information and endeavor to prevent leakage, damage, or loss. 4.1.5 where sharing your personal information is necessary to implement core functions of our products and services or to provide services you need;
4.1.6 where use is based on social public interests that comply with laws and regulations.
4.2 We may share your personal information with our affiliates. We will share only necessary personal information, subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If our affiliates change the purpose of processing personal information, they will seek your authorization again.
4.3 We may share your account information, device information, and location information with partners and other third parties as needed to complete the services we provide to you. We will share your personal information only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and only to the extent necessary to provide products or services. Our partners may not use shared personal information for any other purpose.
Transfer
4.4 We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
4.4.1 where we have obtained your explicit prior consent or authorization;
4.4.2 where transfer is required by applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;

V. Third-party services

To provide and optimize our services, our APP embeds third-party SDKs including but not limited to Umeng+ SDK, Pangle (Chuanshanjia) Ad SDK, Alipay SDK, and WeChat SDK. After you grant authorization, these third-party SDKs may collect your personal information (including in background and silent states) while helping us provide more comprehensive services, including data collection and reporting in background and silent states to improve privacy protection. To protect your privacy, we conduct due diligence on third parties and use technical means to strictly control third-party data collection. Please understand that we cannot fully control third-party conduct; to protect your interests, we strongly recommend that you read third-party privacy policies in advance to understand their practices in full. Collection of the following will begin only with your consent and authorization; if you do not agree, we will not begin to collect or upload any of your information.

Purpose: Detect ANR state of the current app process, troubleshoot crashes, and help improve app stability

Sensitive data collected: device MAC address, Android ID, list of installed apps, phone model, phone brand, Android OS version, Android API level, vendor OS version, CPU architecture, whether device is rooted, disk usage, SD card usage, memory usage, network type, current process name and PID of the app (read only; not saved locally or uploaded to servers)

SDK name: com.umeng.analytics (Umeng+ mobile analytics)

Purpose: Measure app stability and collect runtime crash logs

Operator: Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.

Sensitive data collected: device identifiers (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OAID/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM IMSI/ICCID), installed app information, location information, network information

Purpose: Provide payment services for the APP

VI. How you manage your personal information

Correcting your personal information: You may use the in-app feedback feature at any time to submit a request to us; we will process your request within 7 business days. Deleting your personal information: You may cancel your account in the APP at any time. After you confirm account cancellation, we will delete all your personal information. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered; please understand.
